CLEANING

Our Professional Housekeepers provide 5-star cleaning services. We've partnered with Airbnb cleaning service providers who have been tried and proven over time to ensure that every cleaning is done carefully and is never overlooked! Cleaners even send images back to headquarters.

MAINTENANCE

Between each guest stay, our housekeeping staff takes pictures and documents any maintenance needs. If it's a minor issue, such as a washing machine or a broken lamp, we'll fix it right away. 

DEPOSIT

For each booking, we require a security deposit from all guests. This protects our risk and holds the guests accountable.

REPORTS

In order to provide you with greater control and to be able to monitor who is staying, our Dashboard syncs your calendar across several booking websites. You can keep a close watch on your productivity and earnings.
